“A good leader is able to see the overall process and concentrate on the critical things that need to be done first. This includes assembling the right team and letting them do their jobs, keeping the end goal in mind.”
On client relationships:
“To sum relationships up in one word: Trust. That’s why clients keep coming back and invite our team to the table - starting day one. They tell us they don’t see us as some general contractor but their business partner. Because of this, we have a built a reputation for getting the tough jobs done – it’s those jobs that may seem impossible to complete within a short time frame. Before you know it, T&G is an extension of their staff. That’s what we mean by trust.”
“One important aspect to success is our ability to pull together the right team with the right expertise to successfully move the project forward. Throughout the ranks at T&G, we have veteran superintendents who are highly experienced at establishing relationships with the finest vendors and subcontractors.”
“Quality means no surprises. We’re talking meticulous detail, tracking performance, and getting the right people involved at the right time to go over and beyond so our client gets the best return. Because we’re all operating in this accelerated business environment, it’s this no surprise approach that clients count on. It’s paid off because clients trust us and we get to do what we do best - build great things.”
