Joe Easton, Principal Contracts Administrator

T&G Constructors - Management Team

 

Joe Easton currently is Principal Contract Administrator, handling nationwide contract activity for clients in the public and private sectors. As a member of T&G’s construction negotiation team, he is responsible for the timely preparation of Letters of Instructions
(LOIs), contract change orders, insurance documents, sub-contractor approval packages to adhere to legal standards and T&G protocols while providing the best value for clients.
 
Prior to joining T&G, he worked for Walt Disney World where he was an integral part of the company’s construction management team. With a strong background in all phases of the construction process and a self-described “utility player” within the industry, Joe is the person clients look to for meticulous detail and project certainty.
